What plans do you have for today?
I am meeting my mom for lunch 🍽
and later on this afternoon I will go to a birthday party 🥳
I’ve been looking forward to the weekend since last weekend to be honest..I’ve been working 10-12 hours a day all last week at my job and just found out next week I have to work 12-15 hours a day 😥,
the fun part of it all is that also on Monday I start classes at college again,
so I have no clue how I am going to balance everything ⚖️
This semester I’m taking only 2 classes since work is keeping me very busy.
As you may know,
I am very interested in design and that is something I really want to focus on either as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer 👩🏻💻,
so for this semester I will be taking 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚

class explores CSS standards and flexible grid systems for Web page layout and typography.
The course specifically addresses the history,
design,
and selection of typefaces,
fonts and letterforms,
rapid prototyping of Web sites,
and the creation of comprehensive Web page layouts for conversion to CSS,
HTML,
scalable design,
and media elements.

class introduces the creation and editing of Web vector graphics and page layouts using Adobe Illustrator software.
The course focuses on digital drawing tools,
manipulating points and curves,
layer management,
text-on-curve,
filters,
special effects,
Web file formats,
vector-raster conversions,
and exporting to animation programs.
I’m very excited for this semester,
to start and can’t wait to share with you guys all the new things I will be working on and learn 🤗

and there are many channels on the explanation of programming languages and also in all languages English and Arabic,
really YouTube treasure must be exploited to learn and I also still find in some courses for programming languages.

They have many courses and are usually quite cheap.

This is what I want to talk about in todays LisaTalk.
Priorities,
to be exact.
Something I have to deal with a lot these days.
With my exchange semester coming around,
there are a lot of essential things that have to be done.
Cleaning my flat,
checkups at the doc,
visa -
you name it.
Nonetheless I also want to meet my friends and enjoy some time with them.
Let alone learning javascript and finishing my blog-thingy!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥥In my case,
there are priorities I have to set not only based on what I would like to do the most,
but also on what needs to be done.
I think all of you can relate -
coding sounds definitely like more fun than cleaning out your flat,
right?

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍲I also think all of you know this feeling.
The feeling where you have to decide -
do I want to do this or that,
work for my future or go to the cinema with friends/family,
eat that salad or that burger?
What do you base your decisions on?
For me it's not always easy to choose.

The point of this post is to set your priorities smarter.
Most of you are still young and have a lot of time.
The right amount of enjoying time and working hard to achieve goals is the ultimate weapon.
This for sure isn't easy.
Ask yourself the next time you are in this position -
Will todays decision get me closer to my goal or closer to my friends?
What do I want?
How do I feel?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍡Set for yourself what your priority is.
Crushing your goals fast and having less free time?
Spending time with others but taking longer to get to your goals?
Choose wisely.
Making awesome memories while you are young are as important as achieving your goals at a young age.
But always keep in mind that you have to DO something in order to achieve something.
