Happy Monday folks!
Hope everyone is having a good start to their week 😊
I've been trying to do stuff on Twitter,
since it's basically the last social network I haven't really gotten to yet,
and I know there are a lot of devs on there.
But it's a pretty huge time sink because one tweet leads to the next,
and then you've lost 2 hours of your life.
.
To combat this and stay focused,
I actually installed a browser extension that lets you write CSS to override any website that you load.
And I hid the entire right sidebar with all the trending hashtags and such.
I also disabled seeing retweets on a lot of big accounts I follow,
because I really just want to see people's original content.
It's definitely helped prevent me from endlessly scrolling.
.
The extension is CustomCSS for Firefox,
but I'm sure there a similar one for Chrome!
.
Have a great week everyone!

🔥💯
This week went fast!
We’ve been working on iOS 13 issues today (there definitely seem to be more bugs and issues with iOS 13 than with other recent major upgrades...
🤔)
But I think we’re nearly there now.
👍🏼
.
This weekend should be fun too.
Busy day tomorrow and then off on a trip out of London on Sunday -
you’ll have to follow my stories to see what that’s all about!
😁
.
What will you be up to this weekend?
✌🏼

Happy Monday guys!
We think that nothing better than starting the day with a varied and tasty breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere.
Here's a mobile app application for an innovative service that delivers food.
Thank you for watching and have a sweet day;)

Hey guys.
I started using Jupyter Notebook for Python again.
I would like to share nice shortcuts for that.
.
⚫️
Esc will take you into command mode where you can navigate around your notebook with arrow keys.
.
⚫️
While in command mode:
A to insert a new cell above the current cell,
B to insert a new cell below.
M to change the current cell to Markdown,
Y to change it back to code D +
D (press the key twice)
to delete the current cell .
⚫️
Enter will take you from command mode back into edit mode for the given cell.
.
⚫️
Shift +
Tab will show you the Docstring (documentation)
for the the object you have just typed in a code cell -
you can keep pressing this short cut to cycle through a few modes of documentation.
.
⚫️
Ctrl +
Shift +
-
will split the current cell into two from where your cursor is.
.
⚫️
Esc +
F Find and replace on your code but not the outputs.
.
⚫️
Esc +
O Toggle cell output.
Select Multiple Cells:Shift +
J or Shift +
Down selects the next sell in a downwards direction.
You can also select sells in an upwards direction by using Shift +
K or Shift +
Up.
.
⚫️
Once cells are selected,
you can then delete /
copy /
cut /
paste /
run them as a batch.
This is helpful when you need to move parts of a notebook.
.
⚫️
You can also use Shift +
M to merge multiple cells.

git commit -m 'Just learning about cibersecurity'
.
One of the benefits of working for my company is that I have access to the Pluralsight learning platform.
This week I started the course 'Hack yourself first'
by Troy Hunt and I'm actually loving it and learning a lot about cookies,
HTTPS and cross scripting.
The downside is that the course was recorded back in 2013 and some of the websites and resources mentioned don't exist in 2019.
Luckily,
the important sites are still available,
so you can follow at least 80%
of the course.
.
What are you learning this week?
